CORONAVIRUS STATUS UPDATE
Monday 6th April – All of our ‘on the road’ staff have now been furloughed, as have all but a very limited number of office staff. This means we can continue to respond to all enquiries, but response times may be slower than normal. This will also aid us in returning to work at full strength, with no staff lay-off’s, as and when the government guidelines allow.
WAREHOUSE INS – We are able to facilitate warehouse ins at this time, but must ask that this is only done so with prior arrangement. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
ART DEPARTMENT – We are now completing existing orders and accepting new ones, albeit at a reduced capacity. As all other services remain on hold, we are unable to arrange collection of artwork for crating, and likewise delivery of completed crates. You will need to arrange your own transport and we ask that third party visitors to the warehouse adhere to our strict social distancing guidelines.
For the time being, we suggest that you send an email to [email protected] with your contact details and brief description of your requirements, and we will call you back.
We will keep you regularly updated as to our status here on the homepage and we fully intend to be back working at full capacity in a few weeks or months time, however long it takes.
Until then, we wish you and your families the very best of health and happiness and look forward to seeing and hearing from you all again soon.
Julian and all the team at Rocketvan
Tuesday 31st March – All Rocketvan operations remain on hold. This includes retail, transport, warehouse services (ins and outs) and art department. We are still manning the office remotely between the reduced hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, so are still answering all enquiries as normal. It is our full intention to return to work with a full team as soon as the government guidelines allow us to do so, and we are satisfied that we can guarantee the safety and wellbeing of our staff and clients.
Tuesday 24th March – It is with regret that we are announcing that today (Tuesday 24th March) will be our last operational day until further notice. Whilst the Prime Minister’s statement does not expressly require that we stop undertaking removals and deliveries, conditions have become such that continuing has become impossible, and we are overwhelmingly of the opinion that we do not wish to be part of the problem going forward.
The office will be operating remotely from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, so we will be responding to your enquiries as promptly as usual. All departments will be operational administratively, so please do get in touch if you have any queries, need an estimate or would like to discuss a booking on the other side of this situation. Our office will be closed on Saturdays until further notice, and our shop will also now be closed at all times, and will remain so until further notice.
