Commercial Relocation and Delivery Estimate Form

Thank you for your enquiry with Rocketvan Commercial Removals. All you need to do is answer the following questions about your move and we'll call you right back to discuss further. We aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours of your enquiry.

Our estimate form is very thorough and allows you to specify multiple pick-up and drop-off locations so that we can provide you with a very accurate estimate. One of our estimators will call you to check some specifics, tell you how we work and answer any queries you may have.

Our Services

The basic service is Moving and Transportation and includes loading the van(s), travelling and unloading at the destination.

We have a wide range of strong and affordable packing materials for sale in our Boxshop. We can recommend a Removal Set based on the inventory information you give us and will even we will also deliver it to you free of charge in plenty of time for your move. We offer a tailored packing, furniture disassembly, unpacking and furniture reassembly service, so if you don’t want to, you don’t have to lift a finger. See our Packing Service page for more details.

We can provide furniture disposal, but will always aim to re-home any furniture before disposing of it. See our Furniture disposal and recycling page for more details of this service.

We understand that some moves aren't as simple as 'A to B' - sometimes you need to go from 'A and B to C'.

You can add up to four different 'Moving From' addresses for us to estimate moving costs for.

If you have even more addresses you can let us know further down the form and we can discuss your needs.

You can add up to four different addresses that you would like Rocketvan to move items to. If you have more than four 'To' addresses you can let us know further down the form and we can discuss your needs.

Multiple destinations

If you have multiple destinations please add them in order of how much stuff you want taken there, not in the logical order of travel. We will be calling you to confirm what needs to go where and it will help us to organise your estimated move more quickly if the primary destination (i.e. the first 'To' address you give us) is where most of your belongings will be taken.

Storage

You have expressed interest in our Storage services or indicated that your move includes taking items to storage, but you have not specified 'Rocketvan Storage' or 'Other Storage' as one of your destinations. Are you sure this is correct?

If you do not include storage as a destination you will not be able to specify which of your belongings need to be taken to storage.

The estimates we provide include Limited Liability for loss of or damage to your goods whilst they are in our custody and control. Limited liability offers a maximum compensation of £40 per item as set out in Clauses 9.2 and 9.4 of our our Terms and Conditions.

We can provide an increased level of liability (Standard Liability) for a supplementary fee, subject to you providing us with a declaration of the value of your goods and subject to Clauses 9.1 and 11 of our Terms and Conditions.

In order to provide you with a comprehensive estimate with no hidden extras we recommend that you give an approximate total value of the goods you wish to move with us so that you can see what your possible liability supplement costs will be. This is in no way legally binding at this point. You can change the value or opt out altogether at any time up until you make your final decision and sign an acceptance form to book your job with us.

Goods in Transit or Storage - Optional Increased Liability

If you would like to increase your level of liability from Limited (as detailed above) to Standard Liability, you will need to declare the total value of goods to be moved and/or stored, as well as select the relevant level of liability by ticking one of the boxes below. The cost for this depends on the value of the goods. For example, if the total value of goods is £23,500, you will need to declare that value, and tick the box that allows compensation up to £25,000. If the goods are valued at £74,000, you will need to declare that value and tick the box that allows compensation up to £75,000.

Please note, you are not automatically entitled to compensation to the value declared in this acceptance form for any claim for loss or damage. Any claim for loss or damage in transit or storage will be assessed by a loss adjustor, where proof of purchase, condition and value for any item claimed for may be required before a settlement is made.

Increased Liability - over £250,000 total value
Please note that we are able to accept liability for values exceeding £1,000,000 subject to the agreement of our insurers and an additional charge. We will discuss this with you based on your specific needs.
