DELIVERY
Get your boxes delivered at the click of a button.
- We deliver to all London postcodes*.
- Delivery is free, but we have a minimum order spend of £50 inc. VAT.
- You are welcome to place an order of under £50, but you must collect it from our shop in SE17.
- Deliveries take place between 7am and 12 noon, Monday to Saturday.
- You can choose which day to have your delivery (within 14 days of purchase).
- We can guarantee next day delivery if you order before midday. (Ordering before Midday on a Saturday will guarantee delivery on Monday).
* All addresses in N, E, SE, SW, W, NW, WC and EC.
RETURNS
To have your surplus boxes and packing materials collected, simply fill in the return form below, and we’ll be in touch to arrange collection to suit your availability.
REMEMBER the minimum spend value. We only refund you for everything we get back minus the £50 minimum spend (see Our Proposal for more information).
We aim to refund within 48 hours of receipt of your returned and accepted items. For example, items returned to us and accepted on a Monday will be refunded by close of business on the Wednesday.
Please note that we only refund for unused individual boxes, unused tape and full unused paper and bubble wrap rolls. Returned items must be in the same condition as delivered (IE in resalable condition).
