Thank you for your enquiry with Rocketvan Domestic Removals. All you need to do is answer the following questions about your move and your inventory and we'll send you a detailed personalised estimate. We aim to respond with your estimate within 2 working days.

Our current response rate for estimates is the same or next working day.

How this works

Our estimate process consists of two forms. The first deals with the locations involved and the second form is an inventory survey so that we know how much we will be transporting.

Both forms are very thorough so that we can provide you with a very accurate estimate. One of our estimators may need to call you to check some specifics. The more detail that you can give us in the forms the less likely it is that we will need to call before we send you an estimate, so please be as detailed as you can with the information you provide.

Having said that we do like to chat with our customers and are happy to tell you how we work and to answer any queries you may have. To that end, you can request that an estimator calls you before or alongside your quote.

The basic service is Moving and Transportation and includes loading the van(s), travelling and unloading at the destination.

We have a wide range of strong and affordable packing materials for sale in our Boxshop. We can recommend a Removal Set based on the inventory information you give us and will even we will also deliver it to you free of charge in plenty of time for your move. What next?

Now that we know where you want us to go we need to know what you want us to take there.

You will be asked to fill in a separate Inventory Form for each 'From' address. So if you specified 2 pick-up locations you can tell us exactly what we will be taking from each.

The inventory survey will take between 5 and 30 minutes to complete, depending on how much stuff you have. Each page of the survey allows you to save your progress and continue later if you are unable to complete it in one go.
